オープンハウスｒｅｐｏｒｔ
>>建築家の設計・監理によるオリジナルデザイン住宅完成見学会が開催されました。
暑い中オープンハウスへ来てくださった方々、ありがとうございました。
27日・28日に栃木県宇都宮市にて、設計監理担当の家づくりソムリエ湯澤敦史さん［アトリエユニファイ（株）］や施工担当の（株）浜屋組さん、（株）小牧工業さんらによりまして完成住宅見学会が開催され、夏休み最後の週末は賑わいました。
『光・風・音』をテーマに、こだわりをまとめあげた住まいは、
間取り、デザイン、ディテール、どれも美しくプロデュースされており、
建築主さま自慢の住まいが完成した喜びが伝わってきました。
湯澤ソムリエ提案の工夫が随所に見られ、見学された方々も感心されていました。
最近地震の被害が頻繁にありましたので、来場いただきました方々は耐震についても関心が高く、今回の鉄筋コンクリート壁式構造の頑丈な住まいにみなさん興味を示していました。
またオール電化が実は省エネになるという提案も知らない方が多く、まだまだ情報が不足していると感じました。
ご主人様こだわりのオーディオルームは防音にも優れ、週末は友人を大勢招いての鑑賞会が開かれるそうです。屋上では菜園や露天風呂感覚で入浴を愉しむことができる住まいで、日々の暮らしを満喫できる“城”のような羨ましい住まいでした。
玄関アプローチにデザインされた素敵なプレートが目を引きます。
